Standard
imprinting method is Image Bondingª. Price includes up to 3 color
imprint, one location, plus set-up charge of $65.00 . For each additional
color or location, add $.65 each, plus $40.00 set-up charge. *Please note:
No.4020 and No.4030 is offered with a 1 color silk screen imprint only.
Price includes one color, one location, plus $50.00 set-up charge.

PMS matching orders must specify PMS number with the words "Close As

Less than minimum charge- $40.00. Absolute minimum is half the minimum
catalog quantity.

Artwork:

Professional
black and white, camera-ready artwork is required. Artwork charge is at
55.00 per hour, minimum 30.00. Art color separation, touch up,
rearranging, and halftones are at 55.00 per hour. Rodin reserves the right
to reject any artwork not deemed printable on catalog products. All
submitted artwork, services rendered, work, screens, dies, etc. remains
the property of Rodin. Art is kept on file at Rodin for one year.

Electronic Art:
Rodin
accepts artwork created in most professional graphic applications on
either PC or Macintosh platforms. Illustrator, Freehand or Corel Draw is
preferred for multi- color screen-printing vector art. A hard copy along
with the disk is recommended to ensure output match. Art charge applies
for multicolor screen-printing of color scans, for spot color separation.
Rodin accepts files on either Macintosh or PC formatted floppy disks or
100 MB zip disks and CD ROMS. For e-mail art, please send to art@lbestsourceonline.com
and be sure to reference the company and PO.
Factory reserves the right to make slight alterations to artwork submitted
to adapt to imprinting processes.

Cancellation:
All orders
considered firm. Cancellations must be received in writing and
acknowledged by Rodin. Cancellation charges may apply for work rendered.

Change of Color:
$35.00 per change, plus
set-up charge.

Change of Copy:
$40.00 per
change, plus set-up charge.
|
|
|
Change of Orders:
Change of orders may
effect ship dates. Any applicable charges may apply for work done to date.
All changes must be submitted in writing.

Die Charge:
For deboss or hot
stamping. 65.00 up to 6 inches in length. Call Rodin for quote on images
larger than 6 inches.

|
Embroidery:
Rodin offers
embroidery imprinting on a quote basis. Please call factory for quotation.

Production Time:
7-10 working
days after paper or product proof approval.

All new orders
will be faxed a no charge, pre-production paper proof for approval.
Written approval must be received prior to production at which time,
production schedules will then be determined. Additional paper proofs are

of product. Deboss/Hot Stamp $80.00 (up to 6 inches) die, plus cost of

Repeat Orders:
Exact repeat,

everything possible to accommodate any rush order. Please call regarding
orders requiring less then 7 working day production.

correctness of verbal orders. Rodin reserves the right to adjust imprint
areas for minor variations in size and construction of bags. Rodin may not
remove country of origin labels. Prices subject to change without prior
notice. Rodin is not responsible for typesetting errors in catalog or
